Yohann Lacroix is the CEO and Founder of STRYVE, combining the experience of a former professional footballer with a successful career as a senior sports business executive. After playing professionally across Europe and Asia, he successfully transitioned into leadership roles across the global sports industry, including CAA11, UEFA commercial agency and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Throughout his career, he has developed a strong international network of key decision-makers across major european football clubs. At STRYVE, Yohann leverages this network and industry insight to help players maximize their career opportunities, both on and off the pitch. His unique understanding of elite performance, career development, and the business of football enables him to provide tailored guidance at every stage of a player's journey. Passionate about creating long-term value, he is committed to helping athletes unlock their full potential and build sustainable success beyond the game.

Mathieu Debuchy

Mathieu Debuchy is a partner at STRYVE and a former French international footballer who competed at the highest level of the game. Having played for prestigious clubs including Lille OSC, Newcastle United, Arsenal FC, Girondins de Bordeaux and AS Saint-Étienne, he built a remarkable career defined by excellence, resilience and leadership. He won the French league and cup double with Lille and earned 27 caps for the French national team, representing his country at both UEFA Euro 2012 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Across more than 430 top-flight appearances, Mathieu developed a deep understanding of performance under pressure, teamwork and long-term success. Throughout his journey, he experienced the challenges, sacrifices and rewards that shape a successful professional career. These experiences forged the values that define him today: hard work, humility, resilience and a constant desire to improve. At STRYVE, Mathieu leverages his experience and elite-performance mindset to help players make the right career decisions and maintain success throughout their entire career.

Loïc Leclercq

Head of Recruitment

Loïc Leclercq is the Head of Recruitment at STRYVE, where he leads the identification, evaluation, and development of emerging football talent. Drawing on a multicultural career as a player, coach, recruiter, and talent development specialist across France, England, Belgium, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates, he brings a unique perspective to player assessment. His experience within professional academies and recruitment departments has enabled him to build a comprehensive approach to scouting, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of player potential. Beyond performance on the pitch, Loïc believes that every player is shaped by their personality, environment, ambitions, and capacity to adapt. At STRYVE, he leverages this holistic vision to help players find the right opportunities and build sustainable, successful careers. His mission is not simply to identify talent, but to support individuals in unlocking their full potential and thriving both on and off the pitch.
